I’ve been attending TruFit Studio’s senior exercise classes for over three years at no cost to me. My health insurance coverage offers Silver Sneakers membership as one of their benefits, helping us to stay healthy and fit. Many others do too…and if you don’t have the benefit, they offer low cost fees.
My balance and flexibility have greatly improved. Classes are welcoming and fun and the instructors are great! I’ve tried a few of their regular yoga classes and enjoyed them, too.
I highly recommend Cindy Holliday and her staff. TruFit is in Dr Hummel’s medical plaza on Palisades near Saguaro.
