By next week we will have elected a new mayor and three council members. Let’s all agree to dispense with divisiveness, derision and character assassination.

We are a town of 25,000 and should have no place for the trash talk we see on the national level. I would hope as neighbors we can finally graduate above that! We need to get beyond party labels and pull together to get this town out of its current financial pit.
