Shade structure installed on Avenue of the Fountains

Midway between Saguaro Boulevard and Verde River Drive

One of several capital improvement projects taking place along the Avenue of the Fountains plaza is the installation of a shade structure over the midpoint plaza and fountain on the eastern half of the plaza.

There are picnic tables around the plaza at this location which is also used for band performances for the Concerts on the Avenue series in the spring and fall.

The structure is approximately 60 by 40 feet.
