I am writing on behalf of many families of Silverado Mobile Home Park Estates Retirement Community. We are so happy to learn that Lina Bellenir is running for a seat on your council.
When Lina was called on a notary assignment for a family within Silverdao, she learned about a community of seniors that were frightened, scared and with nowhere else to turn to get help. It has been eight months since that fateful day, and she is still tirelessly working with each of them and that is why we call her our “guardian angel.”

Dear residents of Fountain Hills:
I am writing on behalf of many families of Silverado Mobile Home Park Estates Retirement Community. We are so happy to learn that Lina Bellenir is running for a seat on your council.
When Lina was called on a notary assignment for a family within Silverdao, she learned about a community of seniors that were frightened, scared and with nowhere else to turn to get help. It has been eight months since that fateful day, and she is still tirelessly working with each of them and that is why we call her our “guardian angel.”
Lina has helped our residents by organizing special Q&A and Meet and Greet meetings, wherein, for the first time we met our State Senator Farnsworth, State Representatives Doug Coleman and Kelly Townshend, and Pinal County Supervisor for District 5 Todd House.
During these meetings she provided literature and brochures educating our residents on safety and protection against victimization.
She even scheduled a trip to Phoenix to meet with your State Representative John Kavanagh who was more than gracious with his time.
She did all this because she cares about people, especially the elderly, who were being exploited by an unlicensed contractor within our park without ever being compensated for her time and expenses.
Fountain Hills is fortunate to have someone with such character, compassion and a willingness to help others.
Silverado Mobile Home Park Estates residents truly appreciate all that she has done and we encourage everyone to vote for her.
