Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church will host a children’s choir soon.
The Celebrate Kids Choir will be free to attend for students entering grades three through five and begins on Aug. 17. It will be held each Monday from 4 to 5 p.m. at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, 16150 E. El Lago Blvd., according to a press release.
The choir will be lead by vocalist and longtime member of the Arizona Opera Chorus Jessica Bernhardt. The program is designed to provide a fun, welcoming environment where young singers can develop healthy vocal technique, perform with others and experience sharing music with the community.
