Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation in Fountain Hills reported that deputies responded to the following calls during the week from Thursday, Jan. 25, and Wednesday, Jan. 31.

Thursday, Jan. 25

*A resident of the 14000 block of Love Ct. reported a violation of a court order.

Fountain Hills: Sheriff's call log

Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation in Fountain Hills reported that deputies responded to the following calls during the week from Thursday, Jan. 25, and Wednesday, Jan. 31.

Thursday, Jan. 25

*A resident of the 14000 block of Love Ct. reported a violation of a court order.

*A resident of the 14000 block of Yerba Buena Way reported a violation of a court order.

*Deputies responded to the 15000 block of Sundown Drive where it was reported that a resident at a sober living facility assaulted a staff member. The subject was cited and released.

*A resident of the 9000 block of Four Peaks Way reported that a known subject harassed them by calling and sending social media messages.

Friday, Jan. 26

*Deputies responded to Sterling Way and Saguaro Boulevard where it was reported that a golf cart traveling on the roadway struck a pedestrian who was placing traffic cones in the roadway.

*Deputies responded to the block of 12000 block of Saguaro Blvd. where a disorderly subject was reported. After deputies made contact, it was determined the subject had a warrant. The subject was booked into jail on the warrant.

*A resident of the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. reported a suspicious email regarding a fraudulent purchase.

*Deputies responded to the 12000 block of Saguaro Blvd. where it was reported that an unknown subject took several propane tanks from a business.

*A resident of the 15000 block of Acacia Way reported an unknown subject opened a fraudulent account in the victim’s name.

Sunday, Jan. 28

*Deputies made a traffic stop at Fountain Hills and Saguaro boulevards on a vehicle with expired registration. A records check determined the vehicle was being driven on a suspended registration. The driver was cited and released.

*Deputies received a report that a subject damaged a business in the 16000 block of Palisades Blvd. by striking a window causing it to break.

Monday, Jan. 29

*A resident of the 14000 block of Yerba Buena Way reported that an unknown subject took property and cash from a residence causing monetary loss to the victim.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that an unknown subject drilled a hole into the fuel tank of a vehicle to steal the fuel.

*Deputies made a traffic stop for speeding at Fountain Hills Boulevard and Segundo Drive. A check of records revealed the driver was driving on a suspended license. The driver was cited and released.

Tuesday, Jan. 30

*Deputies made a traffic stop on Shea Boulevard at Arista Lane where a motorist was driving 77 miles per hour where the speed limit is 50. The driver was issued a criminal citation.

*Deputies made a traffic stop on Shea Blvd. at Arista Lane where a motorist was driving 80 miles per hour where the speed limit is 50. The driver was issued a criminal citation.

*A resident of the 15000 block of Golden Eagle Blvd. reported that their personal computer was hacked, and the victim was defrauded out of approximately $5,000.

*Deputies responded to a business in the 17000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported a subject was disorderly and took an item from a business.

*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of La Montana Drive where a subject was trespassed from Town of Fountain Hills property.

*A resident of the 14000 block of Lariat Lane reported that they were contacted in an attempted fraud scheme.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that a subject threatened to kill the victim. The victim was unwilling to aid in prosecution.

Wednesday, Jan. 31

*Deputies made a traffic stop on Shea Blvd. at Arista Lane where a motorist was reported traveling 77 miles per hour where the speed limit is 50. The driver was issued a criminal citation.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported a subject shoplifted items from a business.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Ashbrook Drive where a subject was trespassed from a residence.

*Deputies responded to the 11000 block of Saguaro Blvd. where it was reported that an unknown subject took items from the victim’s moving truck while traveling through Fountain Hills.
