Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation in Fountain Hills reports that deputies responded to the following calls during the week from Thursday, May 2, through Wednesday, May 8.

Thursday, May 2

*A resident of the 16000 block of Ashbrook Drive reported that an unknown subject broke the window out of a vehicle parked on the street in front of a residence.

Fountain Hills: Sheriff's call log

Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation in Fountain Hills reports that deputies responded to the following calls during the week from Thursday, May 2, through Wednesday, May 8.

Thursday, May 2

*A resident of the 16000 block of Ashbrook Drive reported that an unknown subject broke the window out of a vehicle parked on the street in front of a residence.

*An incident occurred in the 13000 block of La Montana Drive. A private property traffic collision occurred after a driver backed into a parked MCSO patrol vehicle. No injuries were reported, no vehicles were towed from the scene.

Friday, May 3

*Deputies responded to the 17000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that an employee at a business was assaulted by a coworker after an argument.

*A resident of the 16000 block of Tombstone Avenue reported that an unknown subject stole a vehicle from a residence. MCSO deputies located the vehicle in Peoria and a suspect was booked into jail.

Saturday, May 4

*Deputies responded to the 9000 block of Monterey Drive where a subject was trespassed from a residential property.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that an unknown subject attempted to shoplift items from a business.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that an unknown subject shoplifted items from a business.

*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. when it was reported that a subject assaulted another individual after an altercation. The subject was booked into jail.

*Deputies responded to Muskrat Lane and Fountain Hills Boulevarwhere it was reported that a driver had passed out at the wheel of a vehicle. Upon contact deputies initiated a DUI investigation. After the investigation, the driver was arrested for DUI. While being arrested, the driver struck an MCSO patrol vehicle and caused damage. Additional charges are pending for criminal damage.

Monday, May 6

*A resident of the 13000 block of Sunridge Drive reported that an unknown subject took a political sign from a residential property.

*Deputies responded to the 14000 block of Edgeworth Drive where deputies were dispatched to a call for service. During contact with a subject related to the call, a check of records revealed the subject had an outstanding felony warrant. The subject was arrested and booked into jail on the warrant.

Tuesday, May 7

*A resident of the 15000 block of Palomino Blvd. reported that an unknown subject stole Items from a residential property.

*Deputies responded to Saguaro Blvd. and Desert Vista where a traffic collision occurred after a driver failed to yield at an intersection and struck another vehicle. No injuries were reported but a vehicle was towed from the scene.

*Deputies received a report from the 16000 block of Palisades Blvd. that an unknown subject took a political sign from a commercial property.
