Sheriff’s Office reports calls to Fountain Hills District

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation based in Fountain Hills is reporting deputies responded to the following calls during the week from Thursday, March 6, through Wednesday, March 12.
Thursday, March 6
*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. for a reported private property hit and run collision. Deputies say an unknown driver hit a parked vehicle in a business parking lot and left the area without contacting the owner of the other vehicle. No injuries were reported, no vehicles were towed.

The Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation based in Fountain Hills is reporting deputies responded to the following calls during the week from Thursday, March 6, through Wednesday, March 12.
Thursday, March 6
*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd. for a reported private property hit and run collision. Deputies say an unknown driver hit a parked vehicle in a business parking lot and left the area without contacting the owner of the other vehicle. No injuries were reported, no vehicles were towed.
*A resident of the 15000 block of Jackrabbit Lane reported an unknown subject made several obscene and harassing phone calls to the victim.
*A resident of the 14000 block of Ibsen Drive reported an unknown subject stole three firearms from the victim’s residence. Deputies said contractors had been doing work at the residence.
Friday, March 7
*Deputies responded to Fountain Hills and Shea Boulevards for a single-vehicle traffic collision. MCSO reports the driver lost control during a rainstorm and hit a curb. No injuries were reported, the vehicle was towed.
*A resident of the 15000 block of El Pueblo Blvd. reported an unknown subject gained access to the victim’s bank account without permission and withdrew approximately $1,700.
*Deputies responded to Shea and Saguaro boulevards where a reported traffic collision occurred. Deputies report a driver failed to yield from a private drive and struck another vehicle in the roadway. No injuries were reported, no vehicles were towed.
*A resident of the 9000 block of Broken Bow reported an unknown subject used the victim’s personal information without permission to open an account with a wireless provider.
Saturday, March 8
*Deputies responded to the 11000 block of Saguaro Blvd. where it was reported an unknown subject stole a motorcycle from a vehicle dealer’s lot.
Sunday, March 9
*Deputies responded to the 9000 block of Crimson Canyon for a reported domestic violence assault incident. MCSO reports the suspect was transported to a mental health facility for an evaluation. Charges were submitted to the Fountain Hills Municipal Court.
Monday, March 10
*Deputies responded to the 12000 block of Saguaro Blvd. for a reported private property traffic collision. Deputies say a driver struck a parked vehicle in a business parking lot.
*Deputies received a report that an unknown subject assaulted the victim by pushing them into a wall while passing each other on a sidewalk in the 13000 block of Fountain Hills Blvd.
*Deputies responded to the 11000 block of Tower Drive for a report that an unknown subject cut the lock from a unit at a storage facility. It is unknown if any items are missing. The victim is unwilling to aid in prosecution.
Tuesday, March 11
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Gunsight Drive where a domestic violence criminal damage incident was reported. MCSO reports the suspect was transported to a mental health facility for an evaluation. Charges were submitted to the Fountain Hills Municipal Court.
*Management at a golf club in the 13000 block Sunridge Drive reported multiple unknown subjects were riding electric bicycles on the greens of the golf course, causing damage to the turf.
Wednesday, March 12
*A resident of the 17000 block of Algonquin Court reported an unknown subject used the victim’s cell phone account without permission to make long-distance phone calls.
*Deputies made a traffic stop on Saguaro Boulevard and Ledferd Lane where deputies said the driver was stopped for criminal speed traveling 65 miles per hour where the speed limit is 35. The driver was issued a criminal citation.
*Deputies stopped a driver for reported criminal speed traveling 63 miles per hour where the speed limit is 35 on Kingstree Boulevard at Teller Drive. The driver was issued a criminal citation.
