Last week’s paper indicates that political signs have become an issue.
A main reason for that has been that Yates has taken it upon himself to put up signs all over in the public thoroughfare, even including within inches of the homes of non-supporters. It is indicative, again, of the lack of respect that Yates has for Fountain Hills residents, made obvious early on by hanging onto his council seat an extra 30 days before resigning to keep it off of the ballot in August.
When I see Yates’ signs in front of homes or businesses, I always wonder if they actually support him or if he just put them there to make it look like they do. Most of us know that there is a difference between what is technically legal and what is actually the right thing to do.

On the other hand, Ginny’s signs are only on property where owners have asked to have them placed. Vote for Ginny Dickey, someone who is not trying to create a false impression and who respects town residents.
