Fountain Hills Sister Cities offers support for Ataco

Town in El Salvador is Fountain Hills Sister City

Members of Fountain Hills Sister Cities were present at a fundraising event hosted by the Hispanic Rotary of Phoenix. The dinner benefited the Fountain Hills Sister City of Ataco, El Salvador.

The Hispanic Rotary Club of Phoenix hosted a pupusa fundraising dinner at El Salvadoreño Restaurant on Central and Dunlap avenues in Phoenix on June 26.

Members of the Fountain Hills Sister Cities (FHSC), NAHREP Southeast Phoenix and the local community participated in the event.

The main dish for the dinner was pupusas, the traditional dish of El Salvador. Attendees enjoyed the staple, which added a touch of authentic Salvadoran culture to the event.
