Skin Oasis Institute open on the Avenue in Fountain Hills

Permanent makeup clinic open by appointment

With degrees in art and design, Fountain Hills resident and owner of Skin Oasis Jacquelina Furfaro says her canvases are the faces of her clientele.

“The idea is to make makeup look real,” Furfaro said, who has been a practitioner and trainer of permanent cosmetics for over 30 years.

Furfaro recently moved into the Colabr8 suites on the Avenue of the Fountains, offering permanent cosmetics, scalp and medical micro pigmentation.
