'Spamalot'

At the recent annual fundraiser for Fountain Hills Theater, it was announced that the theater planned to rent the original London cast costumes for our upcoming production of Monty Python’s “Spamalot.”

Some of those attending that night donated toward the cost of the rental. Unfortunately, FHT has had to cancel their project to rent these costumes due to the expense and will now give the job of building the over 300 costumes, including several elaborate specialty pieces, to our talented designers and seamstresses.

At the recent annual fundraiser for Fountain Hills Theater, it was announced that the theater planned to rent the original London cast costumes for our upcoming production of Monty Python’s “Spamalot.”

The theater will also be calling upon an army of volunteers to assist, and we encourage those in the community willing to help to call the office at their earliest convenience at 480-837-9661.

Most needed will be those who can build a costume with or without a pattern.

As the theater always uses funds from grants or donations for their intended purpose, anyone who made a donation towards the rental of the London costumes may call the theater for a refund if they wish.

Otherwise, their donations will be gratefully accepted and applied to helping FHT create the elaborate costumes for this wonderfully fun, award-winning show.

FHT will be the first non-professional theater company in the Valley to perform Monty Python’s “Spamalot!”
