Speak Up: Fountain Hills readers talk RideShare contract

Fountain Hills Town Council voted 6-1 to renew its intergovernmental agreement for fiscal year 2027 with Valley Metro during its meeting on Monday, May 19.

Councilmember Allen Skillicorn voted no with interest in using funds elsewhere.

Administrative Services Director David Trimble said no general fund monies are used for the program but are instead drawn from lottery and state funds.
