The Town Council will meet in a special session on Tuesday, Nov. 13, to consider authorizing Town Manager Grady Miller to take further emergency action related to the restoration of Golden Eagle Park.
The Council last week approved authorization for Miller to contract with a company in the amount of $103,000 to begin work grading sediment and debris from the ball fields in the park.
Tuesday’s meeting this week will authorize Miller to use budget transfers up to $405,000 for additional work related to mitigating future potential flooding at the park.
