Specious

House Speaker Pelosi, in her statement that Trump’s proposed southern border wall is immoral, can be described as a specious statement.

Why? Because only a living human acting immorally can be immoral. An inanimate wall cannot possibly be immoral in and by itself.

Indeed, Pelosi’s purposely chosen political position demonstrates speciousness to seemingly, yet falsely, attempt to take a high ground.

It is she who is immoral in such an attempt, especially in light of the fact that Democrats have previously voted for a wall but, because Trump wants a wall, they are now against it. Hypocrites!

Take a close look at Pelosi’s words on this issue and learn about her method.

Dictionary definition: Specious 1) Apparently right or good, yet without merit. 2) Pleasing or attractive, but deceptive.
