Just in time. The weather forecasters are calling for temperatures hovering near triple digits by this coming weekend, and the Town of Fountain Hills will open the splash pad at Fountain Park beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday, April 12.
The water refuge is open to the public and free of charge. It is open daily throughout the hot summer months with a closing date late September.
A shaded picnic ramada that seats up to 100 people opened last summer overlooking the splash pad. This amenity offers a great way to cool down over the hot summer month.
