Town of Fountain Hills Economic Development Director Amanda Jacobs presented before the Town Council meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 4, highlighting new businesses and additional social media strategies.
Sprouts Farmers Market, which first submitted a site plan in June of this year, remains in the site plan review phase, Jacobs said. She added the town has received the market’s second submittal.
Jacobs said there were minor things yet to be addressed in the site review to make sure the code set forth by the council is met. However, once all criteria are satisfied, Jacobs said the next step for Sprouts is submitting a building plan.
