Sr. softball tournament is next weekend

The Town of Fountain Hills will host a Senior Softball Classic Tournament at Golden Eagle Park Jan. 18-21.

This is a recreational tournament hosted by the Town of Fountain Hills for men ages 50 and older. Teams with a rating of AA, AAA or Major are welcome.

Modified Senior Softball rules will apply and rosters must be submitted to tournament director one week prior to the start of the tournament.

Sr. softball tournament is next weekend

The Town of Fountain Hills will host a Senior Softball Classic Tournament at Golden Eagle Park Jan. 18-21.

This is a recreational tournament hosted by the Town of Fountain Hills for men ages 50 and older. Teams with a rating of AA, AAA or Major are welcome.

Modified Senior Softball rules will apply and rosters must be submitted to tournament director one week prior to the start of the tournament.

The registration costs include softballs, umpires, first and second place prizes, facility fees, overhead and staff. The cost is $325 per team.

Registrations are confirmed by payment only. Space is limited to 16 teams per tournament. Please enter date of birth when registering.

Course #3193 will play Thursday and Friday, Jan. 18-19 for those players 65 and older, 70 and older and 75 and older.

Course #3194 will play Saturday, and Sunday, Jan. 20-21, and is for those age 50 and older, 55 and older and 60 and older.

Team rosters are due before the tournament.

Preregistration is required. Register online at fh.az.gov/recreation or in person at Town Hall or the Community Center.
