Stewardship

I’d like to express my support for Linda Kavanagh’s campaign for mayor.

Since being elected, Linda has earned my trust and respect. She has steadfastly supported the Extended Hands Food Bank and other local nonprofits such as Fearless Kitty Rescue.

As someone who values community service and altruism, Linda has proven to be a leader that listens to and supports those who try to make a difference in our community. She has personally advised me and introduced me to individuals who can help me organize a fundraising event that I plan to execute in 2017.

As a younger resident who would like to see Fountain Hills attract a younger demographic, I appreciate Linda’s support of family events such as Movie in the Park, Slide in the City and the annual Kite Festival.

As a constituent concerned about supporting our local businesses, I appreciate Linda’s efforts to build relationships with Fort McDowell and the Salt River Indian Communities to encourage tourism and attract more visitors to our town.

I’m sure Lind’s opponent is a good person. But at this time, I see no reason for a change in our town’s stewardship.
