Discover the transformative power of positive affirmations at an upcoming seminar at the Fountain Hills Community Center.

“Empower Your Mind: The Art of Sticky Note Mantras” will be held Thursday, Aug. 22, from 2 to 3 p.m.

This event is designed to help individuals use the power of words to foster a positive mindset and achieve their personal and professional goals. The workshop is presented by Helene Ann Zupanc and Beth G. Valdez, both licensed professional counselors in Arizona for over 25 years.

They authored the recently published book called “Sticky Note Mantras,” a self-help book that harnesses the power of the mind through a simple yet effective strategy: Mantras.

Learn to redirect unhelpful thoughts, create healthy balanced ones and walk away from this workshop with a lighthearted, creative way to do that.

Pre-registration is required. The event is free for Community Center members and $5 for non-members. Register online or call the Community Center at 480-816-5200 for more information.

The workshop is sponsored by the Town of Fountain Hills Community Center.
