A weather system passing through Arizona Monday brought high winds and the myriad of problems that go with it.

Town personnel at Fountain Park reported the weather station at the park recorded wind gusting to 65 miles per hour Monday afternoon.

Storm gusts hit 65 mph

A weather system passing through Arizona Monday brought high winds and the myriad of problems that go with it.

Town personnel at Fountain Park reported the weather station at the park recorded wind gusting to 65 miles per hour Monday afternoon.

Street department officials say a few tree limbs are down but no significant damage from the wind.

Rainfall from the storm came later in the evening overnight and was relatively light. There was .16-inch in the flood control district rain gauge in Hesperus Wash. Others that recorded rainfall were in the .04 to .08-inch range.
