This week we have been delighted twice by service we received from local businesses. On Monday Jason and Randy Becklund from Father and Son Carpet Cleaning did an outstanding job on our carpets. As always, they were meticulous and went above and beyond what we expected.

The same day we discovered there were bees swarming in the wall on the top of our third floor deck. The first company we called took one look at the height and said he couldn't help us. We honestly didn't blame him! Today Jeff Scowley from Cummings Pest Control came out, climbed up the ladder and quickly and efficiently took care of the problem. He will come back Friday to be sure the bees are gone.

It is such a joy to know that we have such capable, pleasant and honest people working in our town.
