The Greening of Downtown is honored to have been chosen as one of the 501(c) 3 competitors for the Republic Rewards Grant Program – that’s our waste/recycle for the town.
For almost five years, the Greening Committee has completed numerous projects in Fountain Park and the downtown area. With your continued support we will continue our efforts to beautify Fountain Park. Please stop by the Park if you haven't been lately to see firsthand the results of all the generous donations.
You'll see it in the south end at the Demonstration Garden and Wildflower Garden - then in the East at the Cactus Garden - then in the north at the Amphitheatre area with potted plants and the landscaped area nearby - then, finally, all along the pathways that are tree-lined.

You'll also find many art features, thanks to our relationship with the Art Committee.
Then look at the Avenue of the Fountains project by Chase Bank and another project along Saguaro and Avenue of the Fountains.
I hope you’ll vote for the Greening of Downtown program to be the recipient of your Republic Rewards weekly recycling points.
It’s easy.
*Register on the Republic Rewards site in order to designate your points.
*Go to www.fh.az.gov
and halfway down on the right side is the “My Republic Rewards.”
*Click on this icon and you will be directed to the Sign Up page.
*“Click here” on the “Register Now” tab to create your account. Once your account is registered you can…
*Click on the Community Grants tab at the top of the page.
Please vote your Republic Rewards points for the Greening of Downtown.
We are currently in first place and with each new person registering, they receive 600 sign up points, and those points could close the gap quickly.
