On May 9, Syl, at the age of 95, passed peacefully. She was predeceased by her husband of 64 years, Jim.
She was born in New York, lived in New Jersey and became an Arizona resident 10 years ago. Her life was devoted to her family and her deep belief in Jesus. She had a heart of gold and those who knew her adored her.
Sylvana is survived by her daughters, Susan Heimbuch and Andrea Miceli, sons-in-law, Thomas and Mark, and beloved grandson, Alexander.
Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at Church of the Ascension at 11 a.m. Following mass, she will be laid to eternal rest at the National VA Memorial Cemetery.
