Taking over

This Oct. 11, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments by the Southeastern Legal Foundation standing up for the Constitution and our freedoms.

Before leaving office, Obama and his EPA changed the definition of Waters of the United States (WOTUS) that covered navigable waterways and related bodies of water as defined by Article I, Section III of the Constitution, meaning the federal government had limited jurisdiction.

But Obama’s EPA is redefining WOTUS, which will affect everyone in the country negatively. U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito warned Obama’s run-away regulations would put property rights of every American under the mercy of EPA employees by regulating all waters, starting with puddles on lands that drain into brooks, then creeks, eventually the river, giving the EPA control back to that puddle and thereby regulating all lands in America; in effect nationalizing private property by regulation.

Obama’s WOTUS rule gives the EPA unlimited power. They can abolish your right to own property, violating the U.S. Constitution against taking land without compensation. The EPA can impose regulatory taxes costing hundreds monthly and they can stop building projects; costing jobs, shutting down natural energy development, hiking the cost of electricity and regulating farms by driving up the cost of food. The list impacts everyone.

The pre-radical environmentalist lawyers know what’s at stake in this U.S. Supreme Court case and, if they win and Obama’s rule stays in place, the EPA will explode in size and power.

WOTUS is only one of almost 700 takeover regulations Obama put in place before leaving office.
