The recent Super Bowl demonstrated an important success principle which is often ignored in normal politics, in the legislative process and in our daily lives.
Each NFL team is composed of people with difference in skill sets, race, religions, creeds and age. The members of these teams achieve success by ignoring their differences, working together and utilizing what each team member can contribute, for the benefit of the overall team.
Those teams which focus on difference are consistent losers.

We would be a better nation if we all followed this example.
