To the wonderful people of Fountain Hills, thank you!
I am Andrew Stanislaus, a 97-year-old Veteran of WWII USMC, who just finished riding in the Fountain Hills Thanksgiving parade.
I would like to thank the Arizona Classic Thunderbird Club and Mr. Terry Doquette, the driver of the Thunderbird that I was in. Terry was kind and considerate and made certain I was covered and warm, since it was a cold Thanksgiving morning. He took care of me throughout the trip. Thanks, Terry! I like your car.

I would also like to thank the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce for sponsoring this parade. Without them, I would not have my pleasant memories. I was filled with joy seeing so many thousands of people waving and cheering; surprising and yet pleasing.
I enjoyed seeing the Battleship USS Arizona BB 39 replica in the parade. It brought back so many memories for me. As a returning veteran, at last “my heart and soul are at peace.” Many thanks to all!
