The Fountains sponsors visitor brunch

Author, photographer and professor Susan Tatterson will be the guest speaker at The Fountains’ second annual seasonal visitor brunch at 9 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 21.
She will discuss her new book, “Abandoned Arizona: Ghost Towns and Legends.”
Her talk will include information about some of the lesser-known ghost towns, such as Chloride, Route 66 Trading Post, Vulture Mine and Cleator.
Participants are encouraged to wear game gear from their home state’s sports teams and sit at state-designated tables.
Door prizes will be awarded. Brunch is $10 per person. Call the church office at 480-837-762 if planning to attend.
Caution is advised in parking because of ongoing construction on the church campus, 15300 N. Fountain Hills Blvd.
