In voting for the best candidate to represent me in the Arizona State Senate, I find that only Daria Lohman will support the issues about which I care.

Her opponent, Michelle Ugenti-Rita, has a disturbing legislative record that includes her votes to deprive public education and Arizona’s children of over $1 billion in funding. She has opposed the Affordable Healthcare Act and has voted to punish people on Medicaid by denying coverage for pre-existing conditions. As for putting an end to ‘dark money,’ she has voted to oppose efforts to disclose the names of donors to campaigns in Arizona. She has also voted to limit our ability to initiate referendums on vital issues. Finally, Ugenti-Rita has voted in favor of influential special interests that are contrary to our interests as voters and taxpayers.

Daria Lohman supports public education and affordable, accessible healthcare for all the people of Arizona. She knows the value of a healthy, educated workforce that will attract new business and provide opportunities for the people of our state. Please join me in voting for Daria Lohman.
