When it came to technology, Vida Roozen always felt there had always been an emphasis on offering the best and most convenient application for life’s many problems, but not enough information on navigating the technology when it was installed.
Living in California with parents in Arizona, Roozen ran into this problem often, explaining to them over the phone how to use new tech.
“There really wasn’t a solution out there for older adults who grapple with technology to go get help without the hard sell to buy something else,” Roozen said.
