I counted four “leftist” and one “radical” in Lina Bellenir’s recent letter excoriating as “perpetrators” the petitioners who came forward to allege ethical violations by the soon-to-be former mayor. Not that long ago, she would probably have attempted to tar them with the prevailing scare label of the time, “communist.”
Let’s keep in mind that the writer is a known far right-winger of long standing and part of the small ad hoc committee which brought that Trump campaign rally to Fountain Hills. We are well aware of your extreme agenda, Lina. This name-calling letter was simply the most recent unhelpful example and, considering the source, it just merits dismissal.
