Fountain Hills Theater offers a 12-week session of acting, dance and singing workshops through the spring months.

Broadway Bound Intensive Musical Theater workshop for ages 7 to 12, taught by Paige Beckman, meets twice a week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 4 to 6 p.m.

Students hone their dancing, acting and singing skills and learn how to be prepared to audition for a part. Class size is limited to 15 students so that attention can be individualized and students can make real progress.

Tuesdays, Noel Irick, FHT and Valley choreographer, will offer Dance Adorables, a tap and ballet class for ages 4-6 on Tuesdays at 4 p.m. and beginning tap for ages 16 and up from 5 to 6 p.m.

Teens and adults take their tap skills to a new level and are prepared to audition for musical productions with confidence.

On Thursdays, instructor Jenny Iverson will teach Storybook Theater for ages 5-6 from 4 to 5 p.m. Using the classic stories of The Hungry Caterpillar and If You Give a Mouse a Cookie, students learn to expand their imaginations and act out these fun characters.

From 5 to 6, Iverson will teach Beginning Acting for ages 7 to 12. Students work on scenes from popular plays to learn about developing a character, taking stage directions, stage movement and acting skills.
