Lucas Williams, one of the most reliable Fountain Hills High School pitchers in recent years, is heading to Sacramento City College to continue his career.
Williams pitched 111.1 innings, more than any other Falcon over the last three seasons, and he finished high school with 97 career strikeouts.
Williams was three years old when he first threw a baseball and said he decided he wanted to play baseball for as long as he could back when he was in Little League. He said it’s all he’s worked for and means a lot to go to Sacramento.
