I wish to thank all involved with the recent Community Chorus concert “Our Hearts Were Touched by Fire.”

This beautiful and moving production was produced by the Community Chorus with the Community Band, the OK Chorale and with the dream, vision and hard work of Allen Fossenkemper.

A very special thank you to Ross Collins of the Fountain Hills Theater. Not only did he do an amazing job as the narrator, Ross and his crew of young people from the Youth Theater showed up in force to help set up, tear down, operate lights, anything that needed to be done.

The theater loaned the backdrop for the stage, lights, and other additional equipment, and helped make the production the wonderful success it was.

I would also be remiss to not mention Rino Ghetti and the great staff at the Community Center; their hard work makes sure that the facility is ready to go and they always do everything they can to help.

As president of the Fountain Hills Cultural and Civic Association I am so proud of the Community Chorus and Community Band, two of the organizations under our umbrella.

The Chorus directed by Matthew Frable and the Band under the direction of Eddie Madden continue to always exceed expectations and provide Fountain Hills with incredible music.

It is wonderful to see the various performing groups join together and provide our community with performances that touch your heart.

Thanks again to the Fountain Hills Theater, the OK Chorale and the Community Band for joining with the Community Chorus for a very special and moving event.
