Tour d'Artistes is seeking applicants

Once again the Fountain Hills Art League is planning its annual Artist Studio Tour.

Deadline to apply for the March 2016 event is Oct. 5, 2015.

The tour’s purpose is to make people aware that Fountain Hills is a viable art community. The artists plan to showcase and sell their artwork

If you are a member of the Fountain Hills Art League and if you have an art studio or area where art can be displayed in Fountain Hills and would like to participate in the tour, the rules and application are available on the league’s web page at fountainhillsartleague.com (click on coming events 2016) or contact Michelle Williams at 837-8920 or email her at owterspace@msn.com for application information only.

The league is seeking a diverse group of artists who work in watercolor, pastel, oil, pencil, mixed media, acrylic, or do pottery, sculpture, wood carving, photography, jewelry, fabric art, collage, paper, author/writer, musicians, etc.

The league is also seeking sponsors and donors.

“Your generosity will be published in our advertising, newsletter and maps,” Williams said.
