Fountain Hills can’t support three senior living facilities. They have to be 65 percent full to not go under, so one more business could take them all down.
The area is zoned C1, which is a modest building. Traffic on Trevino is bad. Hauling dirt for three months so they can build for more than a year? This could be one more empty building, like the Target center.

No five acres of senior living buildings.

Please, Planning and Zoning, follow town zoning codes. At the town entrance, this would be welcoming to old folks, not families and kids.
