The Town of Fountain Hills Community Services and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office are teaming up to offer a series of fun summer activities for youths.

The Party in the Park series returns beginning Thursday, June 12.

This is a drop-in event held at Golden Eagle Park featuring a water slide, basketball, volleyball, contests, games, activities, a DJ and prizes.

The Town of Fountain Hills Community Services and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office are teaming up to offer a series of fun summer activities for youths.

The Party in the Park series returns beginning Thursday, June 12.

This is a drop-in event held at Golden Eagle Park featuring a water slide, basketball, volleyball, contests, games, activities, a DJ and prizes.

No registration required, but participation is limited to kids going into the sixth through ninth grades.

The parties are from 6 to 9 p.m. and continue after June 12 on Thursday, June 26, July 10 and July 24.

A series of summer field trips begins with a trip for laser tag on Wednesday, June 11.

The bus leaves promptly at 10 a.m. from Fountain Hills Middle School and will return at 3 p.m. Pick up is by 3:15 p.m.

The activity is limited to the first 30 teens who sign up and pre-registration is required. This is for kids going into the fifth through eighth grades. Tag is free, but kids are responsible for their own lunch.

Register using Course No. 1176.

On Monday, June 30, join the fun for a trip to IMAX Theater. This trip leaves at 10 a.m. and returns at 4 p.m. The bus will depart the Middle School at 10:30 a.m.

This activity includes lunch at In & Out, but bring money for additional treats.

This event is free and limited to the first 30 kids to sign up and pre-registration is required.

Show is to be determined. Event is for kids going into the fifth through eighth grades. Register using Course No. 1160.

The fun wraps up on Tuesday, July 15, with a Wet ‘n’ Wild trip to the water park.

The bus will leave the Middle School promptly at 9 a.m. and will return for pick-up at 4:15 p.m.

The event is for kids entering the fifth through eighth grades, and is limited to the first 30 to sign up. Participants are on their own for lunch.

Preregistration is required for this free activity; use Course No. 1161.
