Let’s see, trails, rezoning and all that goes along with it like the possibility of eminent domain and Agenda 21 in disguise. I recall writing about this not too long ago. Mr. Jerry Miles, I guess fluoride made me smarter. Due to my research, I now have a brighter smile.
Let’s see, the Town Council voted to accept a recommendation from Valley Metro to pursue an agreement to bring the transit to Fountain Hills, and the town will need to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with Valley.
Time will tell if the 12 (and counting) inner-city looped trails will be utilized for bus (transit) lines. Keep in mind, to my knowledge, the money to select and implement the trails came from the town’s recreational funds. If I’m incorrect, I’m sure someone will let me know. Trails also take money to maintain (vehicles, equipment, tools, labor, insurance, etc.).

Ms. Turock stated, “What is now a peaceful residential neighborhood will be inundated with traffic on what will be the longest cul de sac in Fountain Hills and probably all of Phoenix.” I recall writing about the re-zoning agenda. Did anyone do or say anything at that time? Not really.
People speak out and take action when they are directly affected. I’m happy to see residents are waking up, but very little people realize the scheme on an international level, a global level.
Time will also tell if mandatory federal housing will be required and where, and who the actual targeted market is. I recall writing about southern California.
I’m not trying to prove anything here, except to Jerry Miles. When people are being taken advantage of unbeknownst to them, that’s when I take the time to research and write. I would like to thank the Fountain Hills residents who appreciate me for bringing these concerns and issues forward.
