The women of Trinity Lutheran have been busy in their kitchens preparing for the highly anticipated Cookie Walk, where homemade cookies wait to be purchased Saturday, Dec. 10, at Trinity Lutheran Church beginning at 9 a.m.
Entering Trinity’s doors, attendees will be provided a white bakery box, plastic glove and bakery tissue. They may select the cookies they wish to share with family and friends, place them in the box and proceed to the scales where the cookies will be weighed.
The requested donation is $10 per pound (Cash or check is encouraged). Strudels, bread, candies and jams will also be available for purchase. All proceeds from the Cookie Walk are donated to the Extended Hands Food Bank.
