Terry and Marty Brown recently took The Times with them on safari in Kenya and Tanzania in East Africa. It was a trip not to be forgotten through the major National Parks of Amboseli, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti. The animal sightings were incredible. This photo shows the group visiting a government primary school outside the village of Mto Wa Mbu. Friends from across the US and Canada joined the group. Fountain Hills folks included Terry and Marty, Erica and Stan West, Shelley and Dave Knerr, Norma and Al Banen, Melody Kennedy and Jim Sawicki. To the far right is the principal of the school as well as the guide and project manager, Hoti. The group all felt very grateful to have had this experience in a land of such wonder.
