My wife and I have been coming to Fountain Hills for a few years now and spend 4 or 5 months here.
We attend First Baptist Church of Fountain Hills and regard that as our greatest blessing. We appreciate the teaching of Pastor Tony Pierce, not because he preaches what we always want to hear, but the truth of God as written in His Holy Word, which states, “For the word of God is living, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, and piercing even to the dividing of soul and spirit, of both joints and marrow, and quick to discern the thoughts and intents of the heart” (Hebrews 4:12 ASV).
In response to a few comments; yes, Jesus was accepting of all people, but as in the account where Jesus defended the woman caught in adultery, after Jesus told her that He didn’t condemn her, He then told her to leave her life of sin.

For the person who is pleased to be labeled an apostate, I wonder who could be proud that they are being taught things that aren’t true. We all know beautiful people who are part of the LGBT community, but like any sinful behavior, I don’t think it should be taught and considered to be acceptable to God.
Pastor Tony includes in his weekly messages that God’s love is so amazing that He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to die on a cross to redeem from their sin all who would believe in Him.
We choose to listen to the truth from God’s Word under the teaching of Pastor Tony, a man who loves God and who loves the people of Fountain Hills. Are you being taught according to what is true or are you being taught by someone who is teaching only what people want to hear?
