More than 1,100 participants braved a chilly Thanksgiving morning in Fountain Hills for the annual Turkey Trot event.
There was a 5-mile run added to this year’s competition to go with the 5K run and the fun walk for those just wanting to start the day with some exercise.
The top five male finishers in the 5K run were Kyle Marks (15:55), Jonathan Stern (16:29), Jozsef Major (16:47), Jason Scronic (17:07) and Ian Chapple (17:22).
