Turtle

Obviously turtle is more serious, smarter than, longer lived and faster than rabbit, which also occupies less space and no doubt is a high level language.

The Fountain Hills Town Council and town attorney are noted for their “low speak.” Not low auditorially, but low in meaningful content. And very low when they speak of their lagoon, their “will be” disaster. We both know whose lagoon it will be. Make money the old fashioned way? Not this council.

When I lifted a tortoise to carry her across the road to safety, she spoke to me. I do now know how, but somehow I knew her meaning.
