Packs of girls roam property attacking victims with socks packed with rocks. Schools over-run with assaults with weapons and drugs, arson calls keep firefighters busy.

In 2000 Ferguson was 52 percent black, 45 percent white, at present 67 black, 29 percent white. Brown grew up without a father, living with grandmother, member of red hat gang. His parents should be held accountable, they knew he was in trouble at age 12, to state otherwise is untruthful.

Government should fix situation they created instead of blaming police, these children need guidance by community work projects hire mentors if necessary or create form of employment, giving them purpose to improve themselves.
