If all approvals fall into place, the Fountain Hills Unified School District could end up using one fewer facility for students by the start of the 2026-27 school year this summer.
Superintendent Cain Jagodzinski presented to the FHUSD Governing Board, on as an information-only item during a Jan. 7 meeting, the basics of a plan to move the Little Falcons Preschool out of its current home in the former McDowell Mountain Elementary School building on Fayette Drive, into a small part of the former middle school that MMES calls home today, located where Fountain Hills Boulevard becomes East McDowell Mountain Road.
