Vandals demolished several cement blocks sometime between Tuesday and Wednesday in the Community Garden next to the River of Time Museum and attempted to flood the beds, according to Dr. Jyoti Patel, Community Garden chairperson.
The accompanying photo was posted on the garden’s Facebook page. Patel said the incident was reported to the Sheriff’s department. She encouraged residents to protect the community project by reporting any suspicious behavior and offer ideas on how future incidents can be prevented.
A gate and fence have been installed.
