The Rio Verde Community Association (RVCA) rules now require that all rental property (part-time and full-time) be registered with the association office.
In addition, the owner must submit a rental notification form for each rental. Registration and rental notification are easy, both registration and notification can be done online. Forms are available online at rioverdearizona.com and at the RVCA Office.
Owners should be aware that the fine for failure to register rental properties is $250. There is also a fine for failure to submit a notification form for each rental. Call the RVCA Office at 480-471-2068 with any questions.
