Veronica Grace Hart

Veronica Grace Hart, known as “Vee,” passed away peacefully of natural causes on October 10, 2025 in Fountain Hills, Arizona. She was 89 years old. A devoted wife, mother, sister and friend, Veronica will be remembered for her unwavering faith and love for her family. Born on April 20, 1936 in Montreal, Canada, Veronica was the youngest of five children born to the Kohler family - Frank, Margaret, Konrad, and Carl. She studied to work in the healthcare industry, and served as an x-ray technician. Veronica met David Hart, and they married in 1957. Together, they raised seven children, first in Canada and then, in 1969, they moved to Arizona. In addition to her devotion to faith and family, Vee was an avid gardener, and loved flowers, especially violets. She enjoyed good food and chocolate, and believed strongly in helping those in need. Veronica was preceded in death by her husband, David Hart, and her daughters Theresa Hart and Colleen Berg. She is survived by her children, Stephen Hart, Sharon Hart, Elynn Hart, Linda Hart, and Sean Hart, and grandchildren Elyse Atkielski, James Hart, Ryan Berg, Vincent Colaianni, Kelsey Slugoski, Sophie Hart, Isabella Chewning, Brienne Ross and Alison Rhoads, and great-grandchildren Ariah, Keira, Remy, Sid, Willow, Quinn, Raphael, Carter, Luke, Hudson and Collins. A memorial service will be held on October 27, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of the Ascension in Fountain Hills. A reception at the church will follow. In lieu of flowers, Veronica requested donations to the Save the Children charity.
