Art Tolis has been a professional colleague of mine since he moved to Fountain Hills in 2002. Since his arrival to town, I watched him immediately get involved within the community, settle his family and begin to grow his business, first as a mortgage lender, then as a realtor, as a banker and as a mortgage lender again, this time with a firm which bears his name, Tolis Mortgage Financial Group.

Art has held many leadership roles within the Fountain Hills service community and is well known throughout the town. I’ve personally worked with him as he served as chairman of the Fountain Hills Realtor Marketing Group for several years and have found him to be a gifted leader among his many other qualities that are needed to grow an organization, a business and/or a town.

Among his extensive education, business experience/training and service to the Fountain Hills Community, I find that I’m most impressed with Art’s remarkable talent in managing adversity within large groups of people with opposing viewpoints and can successfully bring a consensus to the group after all have been heard. I have seen him do this many times over the years; it is a needed and welcome skill to have to offer anyone.

Art brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Town of Fountain Hills, should he be elected to the Town Council this year. He has previous experience in town/city government as he was Deputy Mayor in the city of Berlin, Connecticut, prior to his move to Fountain Hills in 2002.

It is my opinion that Art Tolis would be a welcome and valuable asset to the Town of Fountain Hills, should he be elected to the Town Council this year. Please join me and cast your vote for Art Tolis for Town Council.
