Vote for Edith

I spent 31 years in the educational publishing business before retiring three years ago. In that time I was on the outside looking in.

However, I was able to develop a very good eye for evaluating a good school system. It would start with good leadership at the top. There would be a strong bond and respect between teachers and students alike. Then I might return a little later and everything was upside down.

On many occasions it was because well meaning, but unprepared candidates had been elected to the school board. These individuals didn’t know the inner working of a successful school system and unfortunately they would sometime march out with an obtuse agenda destroying the working of a well-oiled machine.

The current school board will have at least two and possibly three new members after the Nov. 4, election. I don’t have to tell you that with our current school system that the replacements must be ready to hit the ground running. SO THIS IS WHY WE SHOULD VOTE FOR EDITH STOCK, an experienced, no nonsense and a former educator with a bunch of common sense.

Edith, a parent, a former teacher, a former teacher mentor and an administrator, who is the only first time candidate who has been attending the school board meetings over the last two years.

Recently, there has been a major controversy with the current school board so it is imperative we have someone of Edith Stock’s background to help steady the ship by taking a firm grasp of the tiller. Please join me in voting for Edith Stock FH School Board.
